Our process, start to finish
From your first meeting to move-in: roughly four to six months for semi-custom Kizahashi, and eight to twelve months for full-custom Atsurae. Construction itself takes about three to four months.

The time shown for each step is for Kizahashi. Atsurae takes longer at the planning and detailed-design stages, because the plans are drawn from scratch. Consultation and estimates are free.
Before you sign
Site visit
We check the surrounding area, road access, and water and gas utilities at the planned site, including any legal restrictions.
Needs interview
We ask in detail about your layout preferences, budget, and design ideas, and start building the plan together with you.
Preliminary estimate
We prepare an estimate alongside the layout proposal, including help with a loan application, and walk you through the schedule.
Final planning meetings
We work through the layout, fixtures, specifications, and colors, from major decisions down to the details.
Showroom visit
You can see and choose kitchens, bathrooms, and other fixtures in person at a manufacturer's showroom.
Construction contract
Once you are satisfied with the estimate and financing plan, we sign the construction contract.
Groundbreaking to move-in
Soil survey
We survey the building site's soil, check its type and strength, and carry out ground improvement if needed.
Ground-breaking ceremony
A traditional ceremony (jichinsai) with a Shinto priest blesses the site before construction begins.
Exterior and finish selections
We finalize the exterior wall, sash, and roof colors along with structural hardware, sometimes in a single meeting.
Framing
After the soil survey and building confirmation, the structural frame goes up. A small framing ceremony is optional.
Construction
After framing, interior finishing, plumbing, and fixtures such as the kitchen and bathroom are installed.
Completion and client inspection
Once the building is complete, you walk through it with us to check for any defects or issues.
Handover
Keys and warranty documents are handed over, and you sign to confirm the work is complete.
Move-in
Your new life begins. We inspect the house after handover.
Contracts and the legally required disclosure statement are prepared in Japanese only.
