Imported homes, built and serviced locally
A Canadian import-home brand known for platform-frame construction, high insulation, and airtightness, built locally by our own staff.

Canadian-style imported homes
These homes use platform-frame (two-by-six) construction imported from Canada. We design and build them across Nagasaki, and we service them ourselves afterwards.
Because we build and service these homes ourselves, maintenance, warranty work, and imported parts are handled locally rather than through a distant head office.
Performance
Platform-frame construction ties the walls, floor, and roof into a single box-like structure, which spreads earthquake force across the whole building. The thick wall cavity also allows for a deep layer of insulation and a tight building envelope.
Insulation
Thick platform-frame wall cavities allow for a deep, continuous layer of insulation.
Airtightness
A tight building envelope keeps heating and cooling efficient through the year.
Earthquake resistance
A box-like, six-sided structure spreads earthquake force across the whole building.
Fire resistance
Fire-stop material inside the wall cavities slows the spread of fire between floors.
Durability
Graded Canadian lumber chosen for strength and long-term durability.
Energy efficiency
A high-durability weather-resistant membrane and higher-efficiency models are both available.
Durability
They use graded Canadian lumber chosen for strength and long-term durability, paired with an exterior finish designed to hold up in a coastal climate.

Frequently asked questions
What makes an imported home different?
+
It's built using platform-frame (two-by-six) construction from Canada, which gives high insulation and airtightness. We design and build these homes locally across Nagasaki, and we service them ourselves afterward.
Are imported homes cold in a Nagasaki winter?
+
The thick wall cavities and tight building envelope hold up well in winter. The box-like structure also keeps room-to-room temperature differences smaller than in many conventional builds.
Are imported homes more expensive?
+
Cost depends on the specification, size, and exterior style, so we don't quote a flat rate. We give you an estimate matched to your performance and design priorities after an initial consultation.
What about maintenance and parts after handover?
+
As the local builder, we handle inspection and maintenance requests ourselves, and we can source imported parts through our supply channels. You are working with a local company, not a distant head office.
Contracts and the legally required disclosure statement are prepared in Japanese only.
