We build two kinds of custom homes. Kizahashi is semi-custom — you choose from proven floor plans. Atsurae is full custom — an architect designs the house from a blank sheet. Beyond that, we also work directly with architects on more design-led projects.

We also build Canadian-style imported homes using platform-frame construction for high insulation and airtightness. Reinforced-concrete (RC) construction is available for households that want that structural style.

How we work
Our approach is simple: the engineers deal with you directly.
It started with a client telling us that the clearest answers about a building site come from the people actually working on it. If that is true, then the engineer should be in the room from the start, and the money saved on a separate sales layer can go into the building instead.
We build fewer houses a year that way, but we can give each one real attention. We have been in Saza Town since April 1992, and the engineers here know this area's climate, soil, and land.
