Getting an estimate
Renovation costs depend heavily on the scope of work and the building's condition, so we visit the site before giving a firm estimate. Many renovation projects qualify for a subsidy — ask us and we'll check what applies to your plan.

Frequently asked questions
Should I renovate or rebuild?
+
It depends on the building's condition and how much you want to change. If the structure (posts and foundation) is sound and you don't need a major layout change, renovation can reach a similar result to a rebuild at a lower cost. We build new homes as well as renovate, so we can give you a straight answer either way.
Are there subsidies for renovation?
+
Several national and local programs cover things like insulation upgrades, barrier-free modifications, and septic tank conversion. Amounts and application windows change from year to year, so we check current eligibility with you when we prepare your estimate.
What areas do you cover?
+
We are based in Saza Town and cover Sasebo City plus the surrounding towns in northern Nagasaki. Ask us even if your address isn't on the list above.
How long does a renovation take?
+
It depends on the scope. As a rough guide: a kitchen replacement alone runs 3 to 5 days, water-area work that involves a layout or plumbing change runs 1 to 2 weeks, and a full renovation runs roughly 2 to 4 months. We confirm the schedule with you after a site visit, before work begins.
Can I live in the house during renovation?
+
For a partial renovation, usually yes — we set up a temporary kitchen or similar during water-area work to reduce the disruption. A full renovation more often calls for temporary housing, and we help arrange that if needed.
Do you renovate condominium (mansion) units?
+
Yes. A condominium unit comes with building rules, management-association approval, and noise regulations that a detached house does not have, and we work within those constraints as a licensed construction company.
Can I hire you for demolition only?
+
Yes, we take on demolition-only projects, including estate clearance, and can also advise on what to do with the land afterward.
